While adjusting to motherhood and soaking in those precious early days at home with my baby, I found myself dreaming of a way to stay present with my little one while creating something meaningful for others. That’s how this small business came to life — from a cozy kitchen table, a lot of love, and a big desire to help people celebrate life’s moments with something truly personal. I design and create unique, heartfelt items you won’t find on the high street — things that bring joy, preserve memories, or help make someone’s wish come true. Refund Policy

All personalised items are non - refundable unless they are damaged on arrival. As our items are made to order / bespoke custom items that are only made due to your order placed we are not breaking the 2015 consumer rights act Aslong as your item is not faulty.

We are not responsible for any custom fees you may need to pay on your end and this cost is out of our control for international orders and the customer is liable to pay this cost. Please take this into consideration when buying of our website as we cannot refund you due to these costs, as said above all items are made to order and non refundable unless defective on delivery.
